Daily Training

Sunday 16/1
Swim – 2.4km (41m20s)
Run – 1.6mls (15m45s)
Two good bits of news today. Had one of my quickest swim sessions ever and then managed a small run.
The knee seemed ok so plan to keep ticking over with a few run miles here and there, whilst still concentrating on the cycling.
